(Santa Ana, CA)- In a move that will improve the delivery of services and fiscal responsibility, the Board of Supervisors today approved the restructuring of County departments along with name changes for OC Infrastructure departments. Total storm precipitation amounts of 2 inches are possible at the coast and 4 to 6 inches on south and southwest facing mountain slopes. This heavy rainfall could cause flash flooding and debris flows especially in recently burned areas.
