(SANTA ANA) – Second District Supervisor James W. Silva, unanimously elected last week by his colleagues as chairman of the Orange County Board of Supervisors, will present a State of the County address at the start of tomorrow morning’s regular Board meeting. Silva will detail his vision and goals for the Board in the upcoming year.
