The 2013 Summit will begin at 8 a.m. with a complimentary continental breakfast, followed by an informative and exciting program that will begin at 9 a.m. with a welcome address by Supervisor Bates, a tribute to local veterans, and a presentation on veteran services.
The second half of the program will feature a panel of experts on elder abuse and includes Bonnie Olsen, PhD, University of California, Irvine; Orange County District Attorney Tony Rackauckas; Dr. Michael Riley, Social Services Agency; and Julie Schoen, Council on Aging – Orange County.
