At the January 25, 2011, Board of Supervisors meeting, First District Supervisor Janet Nguyen was appointed to several boards and commissions by her colleagues. These appointments will allow her to continue her leadership and commitment to making government accessible to the community.
The Orange County Planning Department is improving its customer service by utilizing technology to allow for online permit processing. Customers now have the option to apply and pay online for seven types of minor permits without having to come to the county office.
Supervisor Janet Nguyen, Chair of the Orange County Board of Supervisors, and the Orange County Housing Authority will be hosting an Affordable Housing Town Hall on Wednesday, October 20, 2010 at the Viet Herald Community Center in Westminster.
