Orange County and City of Costa Mesa Approve OC Fairgrounds Agreement
The Orange County Board of Supervisors and Costa Mesa City Council have approved a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) regarding the proposed purchase, governance, and operation of the Orange County Fairgrounds.
