OCTA Board of Directors. Once we have finalized the 4th District Bicycle Strategy, we will ask local jurisdictions to prepare project proposals for upcoming Calls for Projects. Also through the summer of 2012, we will seek grant funding in the amount of $15 million to allow for more detailed planning and construction of the top corridors.
