FY 11-12 through FY 12-13 Roadmap

Through the new County IT Governance process, County Business and IT leaders worked to identify Countywide Enterprise IT Strategic priorities that address innovative, cost-saving technology opportunities. Cross-agency, collaborative teams led by the CTO and PMO have been formed to review these initiatives and provide the following for each:

• Review Alternative Solutions
• Develop recommendations for a FY 11-12 and FY 12-13 Roadmap
