The Orange County Board of Supervisors welcomed new County Executive Officer Frank Kim to his first official day on the job after unanimously ratifying his contract and honoring outgoing CEO Mike Giancola.
The Orange County Board of Supervisors today announced that Chief Financial Officer Frank Kim will assume the duties of County Executive Officer, effective May 12, following the Board's ratification of Mr. Kim’s contract.
Chief Information Officer Christina Koslosky has announced the appointment of Keith Tresh as the County's new chief information security officer. Tresh is responsible for managing the County’s information security programs, which protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all voice, data network, applications and computer infrastructure. His selection followed an open recruitment process.
