The mission of the Internal Audit Department (IAD) is to provide highly reliable, independent, objective evaluations and business and financial advisory services to the Board of Supervisors and County management. Our role is to assist both parties with their important business and financial decisions; as well as to contribute to protecting and safeguarding the County’s resources and assets.
