Patricia is recognized throughout OC Animal Care for her ability to effectively train new volunteers so that they can quickly and efficiently assume their duties in the Kitten Nursery.

In addition to other responsibilities, Patricia is meticulous in tracking the inventory of supplies utilized by volunteers so that they can successfully care for young, vulnerable animals. Her attention to detail and ability to anticipate the needs of volunteers working within the Kitten Nursery have provided incredible support

IMPACT: What is different as a result of the volunteer's service?

Patricia has developed strong working relationships with staff members and fellow volunteers. She effectively communicates volunteer concerns, updates and requests to staff, and this open communication helps to ensure that the volunteer program and shelter operations function smoothly and efficiently.

INSPIRATION: What makes the volunteer unique/special?

Patricia is truly a special volunteer due to her willingness to learn new skills and assume additional responsibilities. She is amazing in her ability to find innovative ways to assist staff and provide exceptional leadership for other volunteers. Her dedication in nurturing and attending to very young, helpless animals inspires other to get involved.
