Orange County Health Care Agency public health clinics promote health and prevent disease within the community.
Volunteer Activities:
Assist in a clinic's reception area and provide customer service;
Respond to questions from the public;
Distribute paperwork to visitors for completion;
Answer phones and make appointments;
Assist with filing and faxing of documents; and
Process information using Microsoft Office Word, Access and/or Excel.
Qualifications:
Bilingual language skills are required (Spanish or Vietnamese).
Minimum age to volunteer is 18.
Commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week for 3 or more months. Volunteer shifts may be scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Volunteers are fully trained and are offered an excellent opportunity to gain knowledge and skills within a public health setting.
Business or office attire is required.
Clinic is located in the city of Santa Ana near 17th & Bristol.
