New Construction Exclusion From Reassessment
The Claim For Exclusion Of New Construction From Supplemental Assessment is not available on-line.

This exclusion only applies to property that is developed and held for sale. Subdivisions of five parcels or more are automatically granted the exclusion. The application is only required on subdivisions of four or less parcels. Applications must be received prior to or within 30 days of the commencement of construction.
