The amount of food stamp benefits a low-income person or family can receive is based on the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Thrifty Food Plan. Roof Replacement Grant
The purpose of the Roof Replacement Grant is to preserve existing affordable housing stock for low-income families through replacing older, wood shake shingle roofing; dilapidated and weathered composite roofing, and roofing that cannot otherwise be repaired to prevent leaking and future water damage.
