Submit a Public Concern Form
Any member of the public may voice concerns involving their local government entities to the Grand Jury through a public concern form. Public concern letters are reviewed to identify areas of government that may require investigation. However, the Grand Jury is not required to respond to all correspondence received. All communication is confidential and not subject to review by any agency.
