Effective Wednesday, December 24 at 6 p.m.: All Evacuation Orders and Road Closures Lifted for All Canyons Near Airport Fire Burn Scar

Santa Ana, Calif. (December 24, 2025) – Effective Wednesday, December 24 at 6 p.m., all evacuation orders and road closures have been lifted for Trabuco Creek, Bell Canyon and Hot Springs Canyon.

To report storm-related issues with a County road or flood control channel, call OC Public Works at 714-955-0200 or the OC Public Works StormCenter at 714-955-0333 during flash flood events and emergencies when its Department Operations Center is activated.

In coordination with the OC Social Services Agency and OC Public Libraries, the County of Orange will close the Care and Reception Center at the Foothill Ranch Library Program Annex for evacuated Canyon residents on Wednesday, December 24 at 5 p.m.
